how HerRhythmicSelf was born

This platform was born from a journey of discovering the power of cycle awareness after the struggles of birth control and realizing I had no clue what was going on in my body.

Through aligning lifestyle with natural rhythms, I found holistic wellness and empowerment within.

After spending a long nine months on birth control in high-school, I soon realized this tiny pill was making things worse for my body.

Instead of finding relief and a feeling of safety, I faced a new set of challenges that left me feeling disconnected and frustrated: weight gain, mental lows, and feeling unsure of my hormones in my own body.

This setback was just the beginning of the journey I was soon to embark on once starting college.

In my quest for balance and well-being after gaining thee freshman fifteen in my first year of college (who else started college in 2020??), I discovered the true power of aligning my lifestyle with the natural rhythms of my menstrual cycle.

I began putting more thought into my personal nutrition, activities, and holistic wellness. Soon, I began to heal and thrive from the inside out.

This brand was born out of that journey.

The journey of understanding and embracing a lifestyle that celebrated my natural cycles, and not hinder them.

O

For the girls, women, and all menstruators alike.

With so many women not understanding the entirety of the natural rhythm their body goes through each month, my mission is to share this knowledge and empower others to understand and harmonize with their menstrual cycles.

I believe that true well-being comes from within, and by honoring our bodies’ natural rhythms, we can all achieve a state of balance, health, and vitality that works for US.

I thank you for welcoming yourself here as you explore this journey of self-discovery and healthier living.

I hope together, we can embrace the beauty of cyclical living and transform our lives, one cycle at a time.

(Because the average woman has 450 cycles in their lifetime! Insaneee right?!)
