My story of understanding the sacred rhythm

I’ve struggled with acne, weight gain, self confidence, birth control, and body image since I’ve had my first period at 12 years old.

While studying nutrition in college while intertwining my passion for healthier alternatives, better periods, and feeling empowered in my own body, I realized the answer to my problems lays within me.

Since then, prioritizing cycle syncing and menstrual health has allowed me to get and stay off hormonal birth control, understand the fluctuating energies of the month, and help me optimize certain lifestyle choices.

From our blog, resources and community, I hope this space is beneficial for you in reigniting the flame of the inner cyclical connection you were born with.
